The Garden
Take a tour…
I built my enclosed garden with my Dad two years ago. I wanted the garden to feel magical and cozy when I was inside of it, and that’s exactly what we created.
This garden was one of the last things I had the privilege of building with him. My father was, in his words, a “fourth-generation Swedish carpenter,” and he wore that title proudly. Both he and my Grandpa taught me woodworking. Today, I have my own woodshop, where I continue building and learning as I go.
Beyond the enclosed space are several trellises and fruiting trees, with more growing plans ahead. In spring of ’26, Patrick and I will begin an exciting garden expansion project. Please check back for updates as this space continues to evolve.
My Dad passed away in October of 2024. This garden is dedicated to him. The garden is a treasured space where I get to feel closer to my Dad, be with nature, and experience gratitude for all the wonder the Earth provides us.
Check below for updates on what’s going and growing in my garden. You’ll see updates about starting my plants from seeds, my Garden Expansion Project 2026, and my special interest plants.
